1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is not as described

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos (if damaged/defective)

4. Replacement Policy

  • If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement product at no extra cost

    • A similar product, or
    • A refund (if applicable)

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be made via the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is from our side)

6. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover shipping costs
  • If the return is due to customer reasons, shipping cost will be borne by the customer
