🔹 Returns

You may request a return if:

✔️ The product received is damaged
✔️ The wrong item was delivered
✔️ The product is defective

Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Used products
❌ Opened toner or ink cartridges
❌ Special bulk orders
❌ Products damaged due to misuse

🔹 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds may be issued via:

OR
✔️ Store credit (if applicable)

🔹 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

✔️ Defective
✔️ Damaged
✔️ Incorrectly delivered

🔹 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be the responsibility of the customer (unless the mistake was from our side)

🔹 Bulk Orders

Bulk orders for offices, schools, or companies are non-refundable unless:

✔️ The items are damaged
✔️ The wrong items were supplied
